The information to the right will guide you through installing the latest updates for your Jay and also explain how to download and install new scenarios on your Jay when you do not have an internet connection or are viewing the website on a device other than your Jay.

Updating Your Jay Software and Installing New Scenarios

In order to update your Jay with the latest software releases and/or download scenarios, the process is very simple.

First, you will need a USB drive to transfer the files from your other device to your Jay. Take your USB drive and on your other device, plug it into an available USB port.

Updating the Software

To update your software, RIGHT CLICK the following "Download Update" button and choose "Save link as..." or "Save target as..", you will then be prompted to pick a location. Select the USB drive (usually specified as "Removable Disk" in the file directory). Click SAVE. Do not change the name of the download.

(Important: If you have an existing update file on your USB drive, overwrite it with the new file. It is best practice to delete the file on your USB drive once you have updated your Jay.)

Downloading a Scenario

To download a scenario, RIGHT click on the following "Download Scenario" button and choose "Save link as..." or "Save target as..", you will then be prompted to pick a location. Select the USB again. Click SAVE. Do not change the name of the download.

Once you have downloaded the files to your USB drive. Simply EJECT the drive from your other device and plug it into an available USB drive on your Jay. The Jay will do the rest!
